Heart Stamp Cookies

I decided to make cookies after riding this evening.  This is what is left!!
I used the recipe for the shortbread cookies that comes with the cookie stamp as I did not want to have to refrigerate dough.  They turned out alright, although I have a problem with cookies that do not have a smooth edge (unless drop cookies).  After I took them out of the oven they looked rather plain, so I took piping gel and some red food coloring get and made a paste to outline the cookies.  Lots were already eaten by the time I got around to the icing.
