It's Waffle Sunday. There were still blueberries left over even after the making of pies, so I used them in waffles this morning.
These were the last two, so not the best pictures, but the others had already disappeared.......mystery.
Below is the recipe I used for them.
Blueberry Waffles:
2 cups flour
2 1/4 baking powder
1 2/3 cups buttermilk
3 eggs
1/4 cup melted margarine
1 cup fresh blueberries
Mix wet ingredients together then add to dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Pour into waffle iron as per waffle iron instructions. Enjoy!
