These are the cookies that my son and I made for his lunch tomorrow. Again, the recipe comes from the complete Magnolia Bakery cookbook! I used butter for the entire recipe, and the cocoa is from Bernard Callebaut.
These cookies are so AWESOME, not sure there will be any left for lunch!
