Good Evening Internet Friends!!!
I baked bread today as the weather was cooler. Used the Everything Bagel Seasoning I picked up at Costco this week:
Did a few errands this afternoon as today is the last week day before I head back to work on Monday.
Arrived home just before dinner and did not feel like a big meal so I made a mushroom, spinach, tomato, green onion, parmesan frittata for dinner to go along with the fresh bread. SOOOOO Yum.
Knit a bit after dinner and then took doggie for a long walk.
No plans for tomorrow as planning to stay home and minimize my carbon foot print.
