After leaving Snow Goose Quilting on Thursday, my son and I headed out across the prairie towards Vegreville in our trusty GO-GO-GO Toyota as we call it (I have managed to put over a 125,000 miles [yes miles, not kilometes] on this car in just over 4.5 years).
In Vegreville of course we stopped to see:
And normally, I think graffiti is bad, but I did think this was sort of funny on the picnic bench by the giant pysanka:
Of course we stopped at The Quilt Rack while there and this is what I came home with:
I could simply not leave all these goodies behind, everything was 50% OFF!!
I LOVE small towns.
