Good Evening Internet Friends!
This afternoon I decided that I would bake scones.
My Granny after working evening shift on one memorable occasion decided that we should bake scones with her at midnight. My Granny was not a good cook/baker but the concept of baking scones at midnight seemed like a good idea with us as children. Unfortunately....my refrigerator failed me.....I did not have any cream in there!!!!
So, kiddo and I made Strawberry Muffins:
They were delicious.....but sure not scones....
