On the weekend my son I decided to make jelly doughnuts (probably my favorite).
We used the Filled Baked Doughnuts recipe from the Robin Hood Flour and of course I used Robin Hood Flour as any good Saskatchewan farm girl will, even when we re-locate....
These turned out quite tasty, really good straight out of the oven, but a few seconds in the microwave the next day and they taste fine.  The strawberry jam inside is of course mine from the pantry!
